For Those Interested in Treatment... |

At this time, I'm not scheduling new patients without a prior Non-Patient Phone Consultation. This allow us both to consider if this type of treatment is a good fit. Based on the consultation, if treatment is deemed appropriate, many choose to start completing useful lab tests, so that results are available at the time of the evaluation. This allows a more comprehensive treatment plan at the time of the evaluation.

This is a tele-health practice, meaning my treatment appointments are by video and not in a physical office setting. Because I am licensed in Florida, Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, I am able to provide patient treatment to those who live in one of those states, and to those who are able to periodically travel to one of those states for their tele-health (video) appointment. This is currently what is required to comply with state regulations. There are a few states that allow interstate tele-health.
Email me at ms@courtneysnydermd.com if you have questions regarding your own location. Non-Patient Phone Consultation are available to anyone regardless of state or country of residence, and again the starting place for those seeking treatment. Treatment Process & FeesPrior to the evaluation, I review questionnaires that are completed online (within a secure portal), as well as any new labs and my notes from the non-patient phone consultation.
Evaluation appointments are typically 1- 1.5 hours ($500-$750). The amount of time needed can depend on the level of complexity and how many treatment steps are being started. Detailed instructions are provided after each appointment. Typical followup appointments - 45 min ($375) Shorter or longer followup appointments are available as indicated or on request - 30 min. ($290) or 60 min. ($500) Frequency of appointments vary with an average of every 8 weeks. Regarding MedicationThough I am a licensed physician and thus able to prescribe psychotropic medication, that is not the focus of my continuing medical education or practice. Because of this, I do not prescribe or manage psychiatric medications. I am not opposed to patients being on psychiatric medication, especially if the medication is relieving suffering and/or allowing them to address the root causes of their symptoms. The treatments that I provide should not interfere with medication. There are times that I do prescribe other types of medication, for example,, when treating candida, mold colonization, mast cell activation, etc.
Labs & SupplementsAlthough I am not on insurance panels, the blood work I order is typically covered by insurance (to the extent that one's labs are normally covered by their insurance). If I recommend any specialty testing, not covered by insurance, I will inform you of the fee, so that we can determine together whether or not to do the test. You do not pay me for the test, but instead pay the lab directly (or a platform that discounts the lab fees). I do not have any financial relationship with laboratories, supplement companies, nor do I sell supplements. This means, when I recommend labs or supplements, I am not receiving any compensation. If I do provide you with a code to order a supplement (that you can not get without a practitioner's involvement), I have arranged for my full discount to be extended to you, and I do not receive compensation when you purchase that supplement.
