Treatment appointments are available to those who've had a discovery call and/or non-patient consultation and who live in or are able to travel to Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio or Florida, for treatment appointments.
For New Patients - If you are ready to schedule an evaluation, please contact us so that we can assist you in scheduling and can send you the appropriate forms. Evaluations are scheduled for 90 minutes.
For Established Patients - If you need to be seen sooner than the times open on the calendar, please send a message in the portal so that we can try to accommodate you.
