Treatment appointments are available to those who've had a 15 min. discovery call and/or non-patient consultation and who live in or are able to travel to Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio or Florida, for treatment appointments.
For new patients *who have had a discovery call), you are welcome to schedule an evaluation on the calendar below.
For Established Patients - If you need to be seen sooner than the times open on the calendar, please send a message in the portal so that we can try to accommodate you.
